SIAMC's machining services are top-of-the-line, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and a team of over 100 highly skilled professionals. With over 100 machines and advanced capabilities in precision machining and 3D coordinate measurement, we offer exceptional machining services to produce complex shapes with high accuracy and repeatability. Our surface roughness can reach as low as 0.8, and our machining accuracy can be controlled within a range of ±0.005mm, ensuring the highest quality finished products for most of demanding applications.

Our machining center is equipped with the latest equipment and software for optimal performance and efficiency. Our experienced machinists are well-trained in machining various materials, including graphite, carbon, and composite materials, using a variety of techniques such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding. We have the ability to manufacture parts of different shapes and sizes, with complex geometries, tight tolerances, and unique features, according to customer specifications.

SIAMC Material Testing Center (SIAMC MTC for short) has established a complete carbon graphite material inspection and testing technology platform in accordance with Chinese standards and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and other leading standard systems. All testing indicators are compared with international standards and passed China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) laboratory accreditation.  Up to now, 19 national/industry standard projects have been established and 9 projects have been completed.

 Routine testing items for product performance indicators:
   Bulk density, ash content, element content, elastic modulus, Shore hardness, Rockwell hardness, flexural strength, compressive strength, true density, porosity (including apparent porosity), CTE, thermal conductivity.
 Unconventional projects:
   XRD, TEM, GDMS, ICP-OES/MS, optical microscope, SEM, pore size distribution, consistency analysis, etc.

Our purification service has an annual production capacity of 50,000 sets and is capable of processing sizes up to D50 inches by 50 inches. We offer customized purification solutions ranging from 50ppm, 20ppm, and as low as 5ppm to meet our customers' specific needs. Our team of experts ensures that our purification processes adhere to the highest quality standards to provide our clients with the most effective and reliable purification services.

At SIAMC, our graphite products coating service is tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer's industrial processes. We offer PyC, SiC, and other functional coatings for graphite, CFC and insulation materials using CVD technology. Our coatings can be customized in terms of thickness and purity to meet specific requirements, and we have the capability to coat large structural and complex shaped components. The choice of coating is based on the customer's specific usage requirements, ensuring that we provide the best solution for each customer.
